We booked a 4 days tour with Ms Anita Nguyen of Eco Nature Travel. She is very professional, helpful, patient, responsive & responsible. She worked out a wonderful itinerary for us based on our requirements and maintained a close follow-up with us throughout the whole trip.
The Hotel, breakfast & lunch included in the package were good. A clean & comfortable air conditioned van with WIFI on-board. The tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and attentive. He knows the best place for photography and took lots of group photo for us. The driver was nice too.
We enjoyed the tour arranged by Ms Anita of Eco Nature Travel and highly recommend to everyone.
 

Highly recommended. Had used them last year and will use them again for my future trip to Vietnam. Me Anita Nguyen is real helpful and an asset to the company.

Tour Guide:
Was really perfect and he really clearly explain to us all places we visited. Even we sometimes we are late, he does not seems to get angry with us. He also help us to do some shopping and bargain behalf of us.
Lunch:
High end lunch was provided with Vietnam cuisine.
Hope again in future to return again to Da Nang with the same tour guide.

Food included in the tour packages were of good value, all were good food, In summary, a well tailored land tour with good itinerary, good food served, and good transport provided, good driver and good tour guide, and good customer service staff.enjoy all.

Very good arrangement for 6D5N with very good hotel accommodation. 100% Enjoy! However, the weather are very hot in May.
