(A) Before the Trip
We had a very good experience with Eco Nature Travel last year during our Danang/Hue/Hoi An trip. We engaged Eco Nature Travel for the second time this year for our Nha Trang / Da Lat trip. Before selecting Eco Nature Travel, we also compared the prices with other travel agents in Vietnam. Again it is a customised tour for our group of 10 adults & 1 child for 6D/5D trip.
Both Ms Tran Thi Ngoc Diep and Wendy (the Sales & Tour Operator of Eco Nature) were very prompt in responding to my queries (via e-mail and whatapps). They were being very patient even though we changed our itinerary many times.
(B) During the Trip
1) Hotel Room - 3 out of the 4 rooms in Nha Trang were upgraded without additional cost
2) Food - 4 out of the 5 lunches that were included in the tour package were good
3) Tour Guide :
a) Language - Mr Tai (we requested for Mandarin speaking) was very knowledgeable in explaining the history of the places that we visited. His command of Mandarin language is very good and easily understood
b) Service - Mr Tai displayed professional services in his work and we were very happy to have him as our tour guide
c) Helpfulness - As there were some elderly people in our group, Mr Tai assisted them in crossing the roads, going up/down the stairs etc...
4) Driver - was careful and steady driver, despite the heavy rain
5) Travel Agent (Wendy)
a) Each of us was also given a souvenir before we left Nha Trang
b) As one of the group member left his wallet in the hotel deposit safe box, Mr Tai and Wendy are helping to courier the wallet back to our country.
(C) After the Trip
As I was the organiser of this family trip, I asked for feedback from the group on the trip. All of them are very satisfied with the services provided by Eco Nature Travel and they had an enjoyable trip . We will surely recommend Eco Nature Travel to our family and friends.
 

I was searching for Vietnam land tour and came across many good reviews from tripadvisor about Eco Nature Travel. Then I contacted Eco Nature Travel for my 4D3N Danang and Hoi An land tour.
Thumbs up for their prompt and reliable service. I liaised with Wendy thru whatsapp and email. We were very satisfied with the 4-star hotels and tour itineraries. Our tour guide, Nhat, provided professional good services. He even became our photographer ; he helped captured many nice photos for our group of 7 people.

My family with a group of friends have travelled to Central Vietnam for 8 days using Eco Nature Travel. We visited Ba Na Hill at Da Nang with an overnight stay at Mecure Bana Hills French Village. Visit Linh Ung Pagoda where the biggest Buddha statue of Vietnam stands, Thien Mu Pagoda where the oldest religious buildings of Vietnam can be found, the Imperial City where the Nguyen Dynasty's Emperors and royal families lived from 1802 to 1945 and the Minh Mang (second emperor of Nyuyen Dynasty) Mausoleum in Hue.
Visit Thien Duong, a dry cave and another wet cave in Phong Nha in a boat on Son River near Quang Binh province. Both caves are UNESCO World Heritage Centre. We also visited the Marble Mountain and had a basket boat ride at Bay Mau water coconut forest using fishing rods to catch field crabs in Danang. We had a great time at Hoi An Ancient Town exploring its beauty and vibrancy with lots of museums and activities all day. A must visit is the My Son Holy Land, a UNESCO World Heritage Centre, where the temples of the Champa people in the 4th to 14th century can be found. It was a trip with lots of Vietnam history like travelling along Ho Chi Minh Trail passing the DMZ zone.
Our guide is very patient, protective and knowledgable. We had a very enriching history lesson. The inclusive meals were sumptuous and delicious experiencing all the dishes from different provinces. Hotels are safe, comfortable and convenient as they are near the City Centre.
Everyone is looking forward to join Eco Nature Travel Tours again.

Mr Bao . our tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable in explaining the historical site of Hoi An & Hue.
Mr Bao was also honest in returning the extra USD20 which I count wrongly when I paid him for the trip.
The driver was a careful & safe driver . The driver knows the various places well.
 

We had a group of 12 elderly getting a package from Eco Nature Travel. Ms Anita (sales person) has arranged a wonderful trip for the group and the tour guide, Mr Quang is very helpful too. He also helps to take beautiful pictures for the group and speak fluent English. The group stays in 3-star hotels at Dalat, Nha Trang and Mui Ne. The hotels are comfortable, spaces and nice breakfast. The group is very happy and enjoyable on the beautiful scenery, foods and accommodation arranged by Eco nature travel. We highly recommend this place and the travel agent if you wish to have a enjoyable & relaxing trip.
