My husband and I completed a Vietnam tour with Eco Nature Travel for 17 days in September this year.
Sales and tour operator Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy (Karen) put together a fantastic itinerary which had great variety and covered the main destinations plus treks in the forest, cave tours, visits to villages, and boat trips. She was constantly in touch before and during the trip and we appreciated the concern for our welfare.
Aged in our mid-60s and reasonably fit, we found some of the treks demanding, so I’d recommend this trip for travellers who are quite active.
We had knowledgable guides and capable drivers for each of the three regions – north, central and south Vietnam.
All the hotels we stayed at were comfortable and welcoming, which was a blessing considering the hot and steamy weather. Hotel staff were especially helpful and gave excellent service.
We were given ample time to wander around by ourselves, after very good advice about where to go and what to do from our guides.
A warning to visitors to Vietnam, keep money, credit cards and passports with you at all times. We broke that rule, trusted people too much and had a significant amount of cash stolen.
In general, Vietnamese people were very friendly and hospitable. The country is a joy to visit, with lots of fascinating attractions.
 

We had very satisfied trip with Eco Travel. Everything was organized well and the trip is so flexible. Tour guide even bring us for local famous dessert and food extra from the planned trip. Will definitely look for Eco Travel again for next Vietnam visit

Had a wonderful time. This is my 3rd trip with Eco Nature Travel. Ms Anita from Eco was very friendly and respond very fast to any queries. When we arrive in Vietnam, she keeps contact and make sure we are okay at each destination. Special thanks to Mr Quyen, our tour guide in Hanoi. He is extremely helpful and even went with us by taxi to the market in the rain when we want to do some last minute shopping.

We had wonderful 6D5N private tour in Hue city>Hoi an>Danang. Miss Karen from Eco Nature Travel were very friendly and fast responding to my inquiries (e-mail & whatsapp). She was being patient and customized the itinerary based on our needs. Each of us received a welcome gift while we arriving, that was very sweet. The accommodations & meals provided was excellent. Our chinese speaking tour guide - Mr Chen was a very humor, knowledgeable and experience guy. We were very satisfied with their services and surely will recommend Eco Nature Travel to our family and friends.
