We had a wonderful trip at Danang & Hoi An arranged by Ms Thuy (Karen) of Eco Nature Travel. She is very experienced and can accommodate our requests.The tour price quoted was reasonable and the meals arranged by the tour are very delicious. My family and friends are happy with the tour and definitely will book with Eco Nature Travel if we visit Vietnam again.

Six of us took this 6 days 5 nights tour package with Eco Nature Travel. I would like to compliment Ms Cao Thi Bich Nhien Wendy (tour operator agent) who have been very responsive to address my concerns via whatsapp messages and emails. She is very helpful, caring, friendly in the process of our booking of the tour package and throughout our trip. She will even response to my whatsapp after office hours. It is my second time with ECO. A total of 18 pax were very satisfied with the tour. The hotel and food provided were excellent. Ms Karen who coordinated the tour with me was very helpful and efficient as last minute changes to the itinerary was made without any hitches. Even the Chinese speaking guide and driver were great. All of us had a fantastic time and brought back beautiful and unforgettable memories of the places we visited.
Will not hesitate to recommend ECO to my friends who wish to visit Vietnam. Highly recommended. Hope ECO will keep up such great services.
 

This was my 7th times to Vietnam, but was my 1st time engaging Eco Nature Travel due to the online Great reviews by TripAdvisor. My correspondence with Miss Karen went smoothly over whatsapp and emails Everything was plain sailing throughout. Karen was fast in replying and ensured that itinerary was in order even during the trip.
The whole package was well planned and they were able to take care of my hotel accommodations, transport, visit to places of interests, meals ( except dinner ). Lunch included, were more than sufficient.
Our guide, Mr. Quyen is very knowledgeably in Vietnam history and at every places of interest, he is able to tell you the story about it. He is always on time to pick us up from the hotels for those sightseeing trips. We had a very clean, spacious MPV with Mr. Yong, a very helpful and safe driver throughout. Both Mr. Quyen's and Mr. Yong's services are well above our expectations.The whole trip was great without any rushing, where we had ample time viewing the artifacts.
For those who plan to visit Vietnam,I will highly recommend Econ Nature Travel as the tour agency to take care of your needs.
