We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on our first trip to Central Vietnam, with Eco Tourist Services’ help in customising our itinerary and seeing to all the travel arrangements (except flight tickets).
It was well paced out - we did not feel rushed to go from one destination to another.
Mr Hung (English-speaking guise) took care of me when we were visiting the caves. I was a bit paranoid about another accident as I had a fall a week before the trip. Mr Hung assured me the climb would not be steep and even let me hold on to his arm when climbing up or down irregular/slippery steps.
Mr Jaa (the boss) went out of the way to print our departure flight boarding passes when I told him that the airlines could not send them to me on the mobile phone. He could have passed the print-outs to the airport transfer driver whom we would be meeting on Sunday. But for our peace of mind, on a Saturday, Mr Jaa arranged for his driver to pick them up on our return from the caves to DaNang. We are eternally grateful and wowed for his extraordinary customer service.
