Just came back recently from Cambodia - Kep/Kampot/Sihanoukville/Phnom Penh organized by Eco Nature Travel. These are beautiful places. Being third time with them tells everything. Along the way there were some hiccups but were solved very quickly by them. They are professional. Well done Anita !

(A) Before the Trip
I came to know about Eco Nature from blogs written by other travellers. I selected Eco Nature Travel after comparing options/prices from other travel agents. Criteria for selecting Eco Nature are :
1) it is able to provides customised tour for our group of 9 pax (4D/3N - 1 night in Hue and 2 nights in Hoi An). We selected our own hotels and the places to visit .
2) the price quoted was the lowest among the few other travel arrangements
3) Ms Tran Thi Ngoc Diep (Emma), who is the Sales & Tour Operator of Eco Nature is very prompt in responding to my queries (via e-mail and whatapps). She is being vey patient even though we changed our itinerary many times. She also gave some good advice to us.
(B) During the Trip
1) Upon arrival at Danang Airport a couple in our group (who was celebrating their wedding anniversary) was presented with a basket of flowers. This is complimentary from Eco Nature Travel.
2) Ms Diep personally came to our hotel in Hue to meet us and also brought along souvenirs for all the 9 of us.
3) The 4 lunches that were included in the tour package were delicious and the ambiance of the restaurants was beautiful.
4) The tour guide (we requested for Mandarin speaking) was very knowledgeable in explaining the history of the places that we visited)
5) The drivers were careful and steady drivers
(C) After the Trip
As I was the organiser of this family trip, I asked for feedback from the group on the trip. All of them are very satisfied with the services provided by Eco Nature Travel and they had an enjoyable trip . We will surely recommend Eco Nature Travel to our family and friends.
