I am very pleased with the service rendered by Ms Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy (Karen), Sales & Tour Operator of Eco Nature Travel. She is very friendly and helpful to help us organize our 2-days land tour. To the extend, she even helped us made special arrangement with the local tour guide to purchase a surprise birthday cake and flower for one of my good friends. I have tried searching for a reliable tour agency, be it private tour guide or tour agency, and Ms Nguyen of Eco Nature Travel responded promptly to all my questions. She followed up with me and even provided her mobile phone for easy whatsapp messaging. When we got near our departure date, she texted us about the weather in Hoi-An. I am happy to know her and I will get in touch with her if I need to visit any parts of Vietnam again. Last but not least, our appointed local tour guide, Mr. Huu Bao is also very nice and helpful. We enjoyed his accompany on the 2 days land tour to My Son Sanctuary and Ba Na Hills. He don't force us to purchase any local stuff (no obligation). Mr. Huu Bao is a very professional tour guide.

It was a wonderful & enjoyable trip for my family. A lot of climbing especially to marble mountain but we managed it all.
The guide Mr Nguyen was very educational in the history of Vietnam. He shared with us the various kings who ruled the country and their lifestyle!
Hoi An is just like Malacca town & it is vibrant filled with many tourist. The brightly lighted lanterns filled the town and is amazing. Da Nang is like a city in the making. The iconic dragon bridge is lighted at night too. Da Nang is also voted one of the best beaches in the world.
The hotels that we stayed in were clean & spacious. Friendly service staff and the lunches provided were great authentic vietnamese food! My family just love vietnamese food.
 

We started in Hue and ended next day in Hoi An. It was a well planned tour with good guidance, where every detail was taking of in a very professional but still personal way. The birdman was fantastic, he literally speaks with the birds. The guide, Quen, was as good in the jungle as at the museum. Impressing. New car, safe driving, nice atmosphere on the road. Can 100% recommend the tour
