Communication with this company is great! They're very quick to get back to you and super helpful. They tailor-made our trip to exactly what we wanted. We got picked up from our hotel in Hue and driven to the start of the Hai Van Pass where we got on to our bikes. After the climb to the top we were given coffee and lots of fruit before starting our decent into Da Nang. Water is provided throughout. The cycling itself wasn't that tough but it was extremely hot. Once we got to the restaurant in Da Nang we got changed out of our sweaty clothes and enjoyed a really nice seafood lunch, all included in the price. Afterwards we got back in the van and taken to our hotel in Hoi An, with a brief stop at Marble Mountain. Although I don't recommend doing that as all we experienced were people trying to get you to buy something from their marble shop... Our guide was excellent, very friendly and very knowledgable about the area. I recommend using this company!

While it may take some time to get to the first location, it is most certainly worth the wait. Guide was fantastic... even recommended places to eat and things to do at the next stop on our journey.

It was a good experience to travel with Eco Nature. Ms. Thuy is very helpful and ensure we have a comfort trip during our visit in Vietnam. During the stay, we have some hicckups with the hotel room and Ms. Thuy has assist us to get the room upgrade without additional cost. I will definitely recommend this tour to my friends

We booked Eco nature tour because of a friend's recommendation. Ms Thuy was very helpful & prompt with our queries. She was also very reassuring & kept in touch with us during the trip. We all (13 ladies) enjoyed our trip. Our coach driver was good & our tour guide Ms Nhi was pleasant & informative. On 1 or 2 occasions she went out of her way to accommodate us. On behalf of the ladies I want to thank Ms Thuy & Nhi for a wonderful holiday. I would definitely recommend friends & relatives to join yr tour but not to visit in June because it is too hot.
