Came across Eco Natural Travel randomly as I was searching the internet for a tour, and I think i have make the right choice.
The guide Bao was very good and speak good english.
During the trip he is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. His knowledge about danang and the history of the 2 site is extensive. Answer all my question I asked and explaining to me in details
He climb with me to the top of the marble mountain while explaining the history and each statue in marble mountain even though it was in a very hot afternoon. There is once that he still tried to explain somethings to me even though he was panting very hard. Not to mention, during all this it was all smile from him.
Lunch is at a restaurant over viewing the beach. (Lunch was not that good but maybe it just not suit my taste)
In short, it was a wonderful tour provided by Bao. And I would like to thank Eco Nature Travel for assigning Bao as my guide, I would definitely will recommend eco nature travel to my friends if they are coming to Da Nang.
 

For part of our tour in Vietnam we prefered to book some trips in advance and chose Eco Nature Travel based on Tripadvisor comments and the offer they made (we asked offers of several local touroperators). We did not once regret this choice: everything was well organised and an occasional problem was solved asap! Ms. Anita helped us as sales consultant and she understood our wishes and made good alternative proposals. In total we visited Hue, DMZ, Bach Ma nat. park, Danang, HCMC and the Mekong delta. If we ever return to Vietnam, we will certainly choose for Eco Nature Travel again!!

I first found out this company through Tripadvisor, the reviews are so good so I would like to give it a try and it didn’t disappoint me, indeed it turn out to be a fantastic and awesome experience with them. I contacted Ms Anita Nguyen, she was so helpful and friendly and fast reply in responding to my queries during the initial trip planning. She did change my itinerary few times as requested and eventually this itinerary turn out to be what I want. Ms Anita did give us a birthday surprise as she found out that was a birthday week among 3 of us, she was so caring and also kept in touch with us during the trip ensuring everything was going well.
For the transportation, a new and well function air coned minivan was arranged. During July, central Vietnam was so hot and well function air coned transportation is very important to make our trip become so comfortable. Our driver was very polite and puncture throughout the trip as well.
Mr Huy, our tour guide was awesome as well, full of humor sense, he made our trip interesting. He is also very knowledgeable and very passionate to explain about the cultural and history of Hue and Hoi An. I enjoyed talking with him and I learned a lot about Vietnamese cultural and their daily life. This trip turns out to be a very fruitful for us. Our last day end up in DaNang and it was out of our surprise that it was so hard to find a post office in DaNang City to post our post cards. Mr Huy was so helpful and he decided to help us to post those cards, many thanks to him.
Credits to Ms Anita, Mr Huy, our driver and Eco Nature Travel for such wonderful arrangement. It will be a memorable one in my future. I would definitely recommend this team to my friends!
 

The guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Learnt more about the local culture, sights and habits. A great start of our holiday!
