A good welcome from Eco once touched down. We were satisfied that a well English speaking, polite and caring tour guide was provided during the trip. Generally, the food (breakfast and lunch) and accommodation were meeting expectation, particularly the lunch at the Hoi An Ancient Town. Delicious authentic Vietnam food were served and the restaurant boss had served us friendly and nice. I believe It was due to after lunch peak hour (after 130pm) when we were having our lunch. Ba Na Hill is a nice place to visit, cooling and refreshing, the buffer was not bad too. On the way to the top via cable car, the view was 'scenic' and 'green'. It should be a 'full day trip' there so that the kids can enjoy more, the adults can be more relax. The visits to My Son Sanctuary and Hoi An Ancient Town were generally good, it will be better if it wasn't rained. The tour guide had demonstrated his passion and ability to share ancient history on My Son and Hoi An town. The free gift from the pottery and lantern makers had cheered up the day too. We made our lantern there, good experience for kids. Should buy some souvenir direct from maker place as they are very much cheaper, especially the vase. Can spend more time at Hoi An town as there are many food and stuff that can be explored, we were unable to explore more due to tight schedule. Should try the street food at Da Nang and Hoi An, the tastes were not bad. The weather was nice to walk around. It was a bit disappointed that we did not able to visit the Marble Mountain due to time constraint (delay due to more times spent by kids at Ba Na Hills) and further the lift up to the mountain was also broke down that day. We also could not have our boat trip on the first night because of water was at low tide. Anyway we were still ok with the nice breeze and drinks that prepared for us at the boat restaurant. A good service given by Anita from sales team to meet my customize tour.. Though we hv many places of interest to visit within a short period of time, Anita manage to squeeze it in. The van which equip with WiFi was clean. Unfortunately the driver for 3rd and 4th day drive too slow.. Luckily we managed to board the ship for Dragon show at night. Food wise is not fantastic as almost all the dishes are the same every meal.. They should mix and match.. Overall a good travel company which provides a good service..

The travel consultant organized a good tour for us, it was a very relaxing tour. The price is affordable and it is worth every single cent we paid for this tour.The restaurant they brought us to was nice and the food is delicious. The accommodation arranged for us was great, the hotel rooms that they booked for us is perfect. The tour guide did a great job and the driver was very responsible in driving the car. Our golfing tour in Sept '16 with Eco Nature Travel, was done easily with meticulous planning n attn to details by Ms Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy. Hotels n lunches were well arranged,with a mixture of Chinese n Vietnamese meals. Golf fixtures were also well organised.
Ms Thuy responded promptly to all inquiries n concerns. Tracked us during our stay to make sure of our welfare,assuring an enjoyable n problem-free tour.

Firstly I would like to thank and highly recommend the guide Huy for his enthusiam and engaging us throughout the trip. He is also helpful and knowledgeable and share with us alot of information about Bach Ma National Park. Indeed me and my husband had a wonderful experienced despite the wet weather. The company itself has provided a great and prompt service the entire time liaising with me to ensure we get the booking done and was able to accommodate to each of our requests. Great job team!
