Boat trip at Cave complex is beautiful and exiting experience rowing the boat passing the narrow path of the water way.
Halong Bay scenery is beautiful and relax on cruise is great experienced.
Next was the Limestone cave is also beautiful and outstanding.
However, we missed the swimming at beach and kayaking due to timming.
Overall, we felt satisfied and happy.
 

Our group of 6 Seniors from Malaysia 4-8th Nov 2015 enjoyed ourselves during the Eco Nature Travel, tour despite the heavy rains on the first and second days. We had to buy raincoats and our shoes were wet due to the puddles of water. Fortunately the next few days were dry.
Lunches provided were excellent Vietnamese cuisines. The driver and tour guides provided good services, even arranging for special food and make up of a part of the tour missed due to the rain.

Very professional and pleasant holidays. The Inhouse service was excellent by Ms. Nhieh who is prompt, friendly and sincere in her replies to my various questions before my trip. she made me so comfortable. The itenery was well planned and we don't have to rush. Hotel rooms are clean, buffet breakfast wide range.

Our group of 10 seniors from Singapore visited Vietnam last year in October 2014. We joined a conducted tour with Eco Nature Travel. We had so much fun and was extremely impressed with the services of the agency so this year, we decided to take another trip to parts of Vietnam which we did not get to visit last year. We also included Cambodia in our itinerary.
This time, our group ballooned to 22 seniors averaging 60 years of age. Our 13 days tour included Sapa, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Mekong Delta in Vietnam and Phnom Penh and Siem Reap in Cambodia.
It was a breeze liaising with Ms Thuy from Eco Nature Travel. She was detailed in her proposal and was quick to make amendments according to our requests. Communication was a prompt and fast via WhatsApp and emails.
Their price was also cheaper than the other travel agencies we enquired. They even checked us into a mini hotel near the train station in Hanoi for a couple of hours to allow us to rest and freshen up before our train ride to Sapa and also in Lao Cai on our return trip to Hanoi. Most travel agencies did not provide this special arrangement.
During the tour, Ms Thuy made it a point to check with our group coordinator daily to ensure everything was in order. When we requested a change of dinner menu in Sapa, they made the change without a fuss. When our coordinator notified them of a problem with the rooms at a hotel at Can Tho, her office administrator immediately contacted the hotel manager to resolve the issue.
Our tour guides in Vietnam and Cambodia spoke good English, were professional trained and provided important information necessary for the daily visits to the different attractions.
An advice for travelling to Sapa. It might be a feat for those who are not used to climbing and trekking, especially for senior citizens. Cat Cat Village was challenging for some of our group members due to the steep steps. A walking stick will help.
As with all travel, be careful of your wallets and handbags. One member lost her purse, possibly when she was engrossed with taking photos of the beautiful sights at the Palace. Fortunately it was not a big amount.
Vietnam has so much to offer and is still relatively unpolluted with tourists so it is a good time to visit. Our group returned to Singapore 2 days ago with good memories of the country and its beautiful sceneries and friendly people.
A big thumbs up for Eco Nature Travel! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wish to travel to Vietnam.
