In short, a value for money trip and enjoyable experience with Eco Tour. Good hotels, well planned trip, friendly staff and Mr. Duyen, a very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and punctual tour guide makes this trip a memorable one. Highly recommend it to anyone out there looking for tour agencies and tour guide when visiting Vietnam

Our 5D4N Da Nang-Hue-Hoi An family trip was arranged by Eco Nature Travel, there were 8 of us including 3 children under 8 years old. The itinerary and places to-visit were planned accordingly to the season and timing of our trip. Ms. Thuy (Sales & Tour Operator) had been very caring and thoughtful throughout our trip; we received her concern-messages every evening regarding our tour in the day. When there were some adjustments that we would like to make for our trip (food or hotel room etc.), it'll be quickly arranged the following days. We even received souvenirs upon our arrival in their HQ in Hue
Overall it was a great experience with Eco Nature Travel, you just have to pick the right season to visit Vietnam.
 

In short, value for money. Food, service and hotel are reasonably good. Thumbs up for the food & waitress in Tam Tam cafe who has served us. Very impressive room in sanova hotel.

Signing up with Eco Nature Tour was taking a chance as we don't know of any other and we were received more than we expected. Even though there were only 3 of us were had a guide with us from morning to night taking care of our needs as everything were in vietnam language. The guides spoke good english which we could understand . The guided tours were very good. So far only one tour guide needs improvement. Overall this was a value for money holiday. Totally enjoyed Hue , Da Nang and Ha Long Bay. The hotels were very clean too. Special thanks to Anita Nguyen who did a wonderful job of liasing and organizing our trip from beginning to end and meeting all our last minutes changes asap. Thank you all. Highly recommended for first timers to Vietnam.
