This is our second booking with Eco Travel and their service is excellent. Huyen is wonderful and every detail is thoughtfully planned. Mr Minh was our guide and we certainly enjoyed his company. His knowledge is extensive and is very willing to share his knowledge and is extremely patient. They're organised day tours of Hoi An and Hue definitley made our Vietnam trip a success.

On the whole all six of us enjoyed this trip to Hanoi and Sapa. We especially like Sapa due to the cooling weather and meeting the different ethnic people.
We also enjoyed the food including the local soya sauce. For your information we bought some fish sauce and soya sauce home. The dinner at Flower Garden was very tasty and good. The menu consists of beef but we asked them to change it to pork or chicken as none of us take beef.
As for the hotels, we like the Chau Long Hotel which is very clean and comfortable and at the same time convenient for us to walk around the small town of Sapa. Flower Garden is also another hotel that is clean, comfortable and convenient to shop around.  
The tour guides and drivers provided by you are good,friendly and helpful.

I would like to start of by thanking Eco Nature for thier professional touch, from the moment we where collected from the Hue train station till the moment Minh walked us through our hotel on departure was next to perfect. Minh provided us with so much knowledge and history of beautiful Hue my partner and myself emjoyed every moment. The lunch was spectacular plenty to eat.

We booked a 20 day trip with Eco Nature Travel after looking for a local Vietnamese tour company that seemed to have a genuine socially and environmentally responsible approach. After finding a description of their 18 day north-south tour that covered most of the sights we wanted to visit and more, we were able to adjust this to suit our specific needs by starting in the south and finishing in the north, as well as add a day tour to the Australian war sites on the coast near Ho Chi Minh, and two free days in Hanoi at the end. Throughout the tour our various guides and drivers were prompt and attentive to details (with only a couple of minor slip ups which were remedied quite satisfactorily), the accommodation and included meals were always of a high standard, and we were able to really enjoy each of the sights we visited. Would thoroughly recommend Eco Nature Travel to anyone after small group, personalised travel in Vietnam.

We were on a 2 week cruise with Celebrity and used this tour agency for private tour 2 adults in Vietnam (Halong Bay and Ho Chi Minh). Meet and Greet service at the port was efficient driver and guide ready to go. Itineary is exactly described and our tour guide even provided us a tour of the local market which was not part of tour. Before booking tour Alena was very prompt in answering my emails and recommending a few ideas.

Strongly recommend them for cruise passengers. Avoid the crowds go private more time with tour guide learning about culture and flexibility to take you where cruise ships tours do not take you for a kick back.

We will be back next year and already planning to book our tours with them again.
