Our tour was arranged by Ms. Thuy, and she always call and check with me every 2 days about our trip and make sure everything is in order. We are very pleased with the guide's service and the responsibility service from Eco Nature Travel (Ms. Thuy). I would definitely recommend this travel agent to other friends of mine in the future.

We (a group of 14 ppl) engaged the tour package from Eco Nature Travel in early Jan 2015 and traveled to Da Nang in early June 2015. Ms Anita Nguyen (Sales and Tour Operator) was excellent in drafted and amended the requirements of us in terms of meal choices, places to visit and chinese-speaking guide. We would like to thank Eco Nature Travel for their reliable, professional and responsible service throughout our trip there, it made us felt the warmth and friendliness of Vietnamese even before going to Vietnam. This trip definitely is the most memorable so far.

We had a nice time in Hoi An, a very interesting town. We walked through the Old Town and around the river. Many interesting shops selling some of the handycraft and silk products. The guide brought us to a silk store where clothing can be made within
12 hours, very professional tailoring. We stayed at Heaven Green hotel which is walking distance to the Old Town. Hoi An is a very pleasant town.
 

We traveled to Danang during the Asean Sea Games held in Singapore in June 2015. Our guide, Mr Huy, is an enthusiastic soccer fan who kept us informed about the results of the matches each morning, feeling very proud whenever Vietnam wins a round in soccer. He comes punctually every morning with the driver, bringing us to all the places of interest as listed in the itinerary and telling us about the history of each place. We really enjoyed the tour. He impresses us as a very patriotic Vietnamese who is very proud of his country.
Our 8D7N tour was arranged by Ms Anita of Eco Nature Travel. She ensured that every detail is looked into and immediately corrected whatever was not in good order. We are really very impressed with her service.
